We are a Mother (Carolyn) and daughter (Lindsay) run business that started with a goal of offering versions of traditional foods without any animal based ingredients and without artificial colours , flavours or preservatives. We use as many local ingredients as possible and organic or unsprayed and non-gmo are always our first choice. We are incredibly passionate about using botanicals, herbs, florals , infusions and extracts in our foods.

Wondering about where our name came from?

We started our journey in a light industrial area of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our name was a play on words as we were a "plant" based food establishment and located in an area zoned for manufacturing plants....

Please understand that our new kitchen is very small and we will not always have listed items in stock due to limited oven and cold storage space . We truly hope that our heartfelt efforts to produce foods and beverages with clean ingredients and compassion will be enjoyed by all.
