Meals are made fresh daily, in-house, from scratch.

Hot table meals 11-2 Tuesday to Saturday. After 2 pm, meals are available in our fridge section.

Daily Grub Meal Menu and Desserts

  Lasagna    $14.95

  Six layer lasagna with house made meat, cheese, zucchini, spinach and our own tomato sauce.

  Served with a side of root vegetables and a freshly made bun with house made butter.


  Empanadas    $12.95

  Two empanadas with a walnut meat filling .

  Served with our chipotle mayo , mango salsa and roasted root vegetables.


  Sweet potato gnocchi    $15.95

  Hand rolled gnocchi sautéed with spinach, onions then finished in our oil and garlic sauce 

  Served with a side of roasted root vegetables and a freshly made bun and butter.


  Mac and cheese     $13.95

  Classic elbow macaroni  with coconut bacon and house made parm (served on the side).

  Served with a side of roasted root vegetables and a freshly made bun and butter.

  Two cabbage rolls stuffed with rice, tvp, onions, garlic, herbs, and spices then finished in tomato sauce

  Quinoa based bowl with teriyaki tofu, chickpea smash, spinach, carrots, and tzatziki dressing


  Da beat and barley bowl      $18.95

  Barley based bowl with smokey tempeh, creamy feta, beets, pumpkin seeds, and greens


  Pad Thai Bowl           $19.95

  Rice noodle based bowl with teriyaki tofu, mushrooms, broccoli, bok choy, green onions, and

   Flavours rotate on a daily , weekly and seasonal basis.

   - Chocolate chip cookie dough with caramel sauce.

   - Oreo cookie with caramel sauce.

   - Black forest with local cherries and chocolate sauce.


   Mille Feuille   $6.50

   Two layers of puff pastry and pastry cream topped with chocolate and royal icing.


   Peanut butter sandwich cookies   $3.95

   Thick chocolate ganache in between two freshly baked peanut butter cookies.


   Grande Oreo cookie   $4.75

   Dark cocoa cookie layers with vanilla frosting.


   XXX brownie   $6.50

   Moist and thick brownie with dark cocoa, white and dark chocolate chips
